RANTAW was founded by two professionals with shared roots and complementary paths.
One of us comes from a startup scene. The other, from the corporate world. Together, we’ve experienced both cultures, remote and in-person, fast-paced and structured.
That perspective lets us bridge the cultural and operational gaps most teams miss. We built RANTAW to make global collaboration not just possible, but seamless.

Our Name
Derived from the Indonesian word “Rantau”, it is an Indonesian word that means to wander far from home. It’s what many of us do, in our careers, in our lives, when we seek growth.
